Returns
All domestic packages are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on fastest shipping method.  
For the continental US: 
  • USPS / UPS - $8 and delivery time is 3 - 9 days
  • 2nd day air - $25 and delivery time is 2 days
We will ship via USPS/ UPS to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico for a fee of $12 & an expected delivery time of 6-9 days.  Expedited shipping is not available.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. 
Please allow 2 days for an order to be processed before it is shipped, regardless of shipping option.   
Orders are NOT processed/ shipped on weekends. 

 

*** Waterlily is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If a package's tracking lists it as delivered customer must file with their local post office.

Waterlily will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective FULL-PRICED online purchased merchandise for full refund within 14 days of the original purchase when returned by mail, UPS, FEDEX, DHL.
Footwear returns must include the original shoe box/ packaging in its original condition, without postage labels. 
We will not accept returns without original receipt. 
Merchandise must have hang tags attached. 
Online purchases may be returned in person to Waterlily stores, but will be eligible of STORE EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.
