Desra Dress

Desra Dress is brand new in textured chiffon with a watercolor floral print. This sassy minidress has ruffle-trimmed straps that taper to the v-neck. The bust is gathered and stitched at center above a fitted ruched body. Below an asymmetrical drop-waist seam, the skirt flares to two tiers. Shown here in Sky Lullaby.
